What is your deposit policy?
Deposits must be made in person at the shop.We are unable to book appointments until we have received a clients deposit. Deposits range from $50 to $150. Deposits are good for 90 days. If you decide to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you have 90 days to set up a new date and time for your work, otherwise your deposit will be lost. Deposit may also be lost if cancellation policy is not adhered to by the client. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to our deposit policy.
Do you offer gift cards?
Gift cards are available at the front desk for any dollar amount. They can be used for anything in the shop - services, deposits, jewelry, etc. Gift cards are good for one year from the day after date of purchase. Ex. if GC is purchased on January 1, 2012, it is valid until January 2, 2013.
